Winter time, especially December and January if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, is definitely the time to tackle the topic of astronomy in your science class. If you’re not especially knowledgeable about where the constellations are, or what to expect to see in the sky at a particular time of year, Andrew Fazekas from The Weather Network’s Night Sky show launched a blog last June that will help you find what’s out there. For those of us in Canada, this is especially nice since it’s written by a Canadian and is more likely to take some of the peculiarities of stargazing this far north into account.
